Andrew Lepore has been a dedicated member of The McKenzie Law Firm since 2022, bringing a background that few estate planning attorneys in Colorado can match. Before focusing exclusively on estate planning, Andrew spent seven years practicing real estate and family law, experience that now gives him an unusually sharp eye for the complex valuation and planning challenges that arise when clients hold diverse assets across real estate, investment portfolios, and digital assets, including cryptocurrency.

Andrew focuses his practice on helping individuals and families build estate plans designed not just to transfer wealth, but to do so in a way that minimizes conflict, reduces tax exposure, and anticipates the administration challenges that come later. He works closely with financial advisors and other planning professionals to ensure that clients' estate plans complement the full picture of their financial lives.

Licensed in both Colorado and New York, Andrew earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Williams College, where he also played ice hockey. He brings that same competitive focus and attention to detail to every client matter.

Originally from Buffalo, Andrew is conversational in both Italian and Brazilian Portuguese.



When he's not working, Andrew enjoys golf, skiing, fishing, and exploring everything Colorado has to offer.
